Color LCD touch screen+PLC+PID as the control core, the control system is stable, reliable, and easy to operate. Built in dozens of freeze-drying curve schemes for selection, capable of storing 20 programs, each program can have 36 segments. The freeze-drying machine can modify program parameters during operation and record the final drying curve.
All freeze-drying processes of the production type freeze-drying machine, from freeze-drying to defrosting, are controlled by programming.

• Partition heating system

The temperature is controlled by the thermal cycle generated by heating the partition, resulting in more accurate temperature uniformity and improved freeze-drying speed.

• Sample pre freezing system

There is a freezing system under the tray of the freeze-drying room, which can pre freeze the sample before freeze-drying.

• Cold trap defrosting system

After freeze-drying, quickly defrost the cold trap to shorten the next freeze-drying time.

• Safety gland system

The capping system sealed in a vacuum state uses an hydraulic cylinder to achieve safe and precise sealing.

• Freeze drying curve recording function

Curve data recording system, USB interface data storage can store data in the computer and achieve printing.

• Remote control system (optional)

Ethernet connection for remote control of computers, enabling recording of freeze-drying parameters and monitoring and control of the freeze-drying process.
